"Sa Pagkaing Tama At Sapat, Wastong Timbang Ni baby Ang Katapat

Being healthy is the most precious thing that we can achieve. Just like the saying, "Health is Wealth." You can't do anything without being healthy at your body.
This nutrition month, we will promote again the importance of being in good health. Being healthy is easy to achieve by eating a balance diet plus proper exercise everyday. Healthy person does not depend always at its weight. If your weight is light, don't conclude that your already malnourished. Many children are below normal in weight but their resistance to diseases are high. Obese persons are high in risk of getting heart and liver diseases. Eating junk foods are not healthy foods because these will contain certain chemicals which are dangerous on man's health.
so, be healthy all the time. Because being healthy makes us happy and wonderful all the time.
